You do have to wonder what and who are looking up some of the vidoes.

Oh agreed! Where possible, crawlers, bots, and search engine hits, and views repeated within a six hour window are all ignored.

The website now says "This site is now offline". The situation, if it is another shutdown, would be the biggest since TV Room last year.

Its not looking good... the sites twitter account and facebook page have also been shut. Only speculating here but I imagine alot of site data must have been have been lost or possibly a copyright issue has arisen. When Andrews previous site 'Greek TV Idents' finished updates, it was archived and still remains online today http://www.greektvidents.com/ I would not see any reason why the same would not happen for The Ident Gallery, which does suggest that something bad has happened.

Hopefully Andrew will be able to post here with an update.

If this is the end of The Ident Gallery, I would like to thank Andrew for working so hard over the years recording, capturing, processing and uploading so much presentation for our enjoyment. Personally it was my favourite presentation site and in particular in recent years have admired how professional site design and layout was maintained to. Really sad to see it offline.
