I take it then, there are 3 different idents but each set has different variation

I've seen mentioned that there are five idents, but so far only three have aired. Each is apparently limitless as they have 'updatable elements'.

So even if all five are captured, the end total could be 1000's Rather clever, how easy would it be to update them?

And will they even bother once the novelty has worn off?

I get the feeling yes but only for " Special programmes" OR Big events

A change of typeface, but the same ident as the previous two years...

A couple of milestones for the Gallery this month - total video views have now topped 2 million , and, with the addition of ITV4's Christmas ident today, the number of videos in the Gallery has exceeded 4,000.

I think I'm nearly done, what with 35 channels' worth of Christmas Presentation having been added to the Gallery this year. There's a few more bits and pieces to be added (including CITV's Winter idents), but if a channel's not already in the Gallery, I shan't be adding it - ie no other kids' channels.
