ITV1's Christmas presentation for 2012 has launched. Here's the first taster.

Love those ITV1 idents. Makes a change for them to bother. Presumably they can be modified for the rebrand to be reused next Christmas - just change the logo.

Doubt it - why would they re-cycle old idents when they are having a complete corporate re-brand? It defies the point of the whole exercise.

Not only that, but the ident appears to be mechanical instead of CGI - some shots of the logo fade in, but others are part of the animation.
