Does anyone know any other non-BBC related websites that uses the font Gill Sans?
Both in images and/or text

Example: http://www.amd.com/us-en/Weblets/0,,7832_8366,00.html

...and this site will exist when? On the 26th? Or maybe the 30th? No - it'll be the 5th of NEVER! Wink

Em actually Mr CraigF it's been online for a while. I've been updating it with some minor graphic tweaks and things.

Also the site has been removed because certain areas & colours had changed and turned the existing site into something ghastly with black bars all over the place and mismatching menus...

And this site is technically my online portfolio of work so if it's not online then it's my loss.

What's the point? Gill Sans is getting to be a pretty popular font anyway, so there's bound to be non-BBC-related websites that use it.

Heck, even my French textbook that was published 10 years ago uses it.

You're going to be cataloguing here for a while, because Gill Sans is indeed very popular and (as with any public font) it's never clear just how many people use it. Good luck though ... you've got your work cut out for you.

I like the Gill Sans font. I first saw it on the BBC and
I would like to know everything about it.
It's origins for example: How used it first? The BBC or somebody else?

Sofar I have seen sites with Gill Sans related to tv-stuff (idents, mocks, videographics etc)
I wanted to know if there are more websites (that could be a long list... Confused ) that has no direct relation with tv-stuff using Gill Sans.

Hence the site of the A64's
