Nup, SQL database. The HTML files are static, generated from the CMS whenever a page needs to be updated. It means no database interaction required everytime a visitor visits a TVR page.
Very clever. At least it won't take millennia if the TV Room wants another revamp - then all they'd have to do is create the graphics, change the master style and regenerate all the pages.
