Blimey, that is a surprise. Despite the poor quality of the clips, TV World was an excellent resource for old and modern TV presentation. I really hope this is not a wind-up and that the links are fixed soon. There are a number of clips on there I wish I'd downloaded when I had the chance.

Probably geniune as if the webmaster had left his ISP for four years that the site had been inactive for, the ISP would have pulled the plug on the webspace by now. The forum has also gone too.

Back in 1999-2000, I use to go to both TV World/TV Ark regularly but as TV Ark now offers more excitement in terms of the variety of clips over the years, it shall be interesting to see what TV World's USP will be to claw it away from another TV Pres website.

It did have clips that were not (and still are not) avaliable on other websites, lets hope it bounces back!

I see the Message Board, which became the Lee Bedwood rambings forum, has been removed from the front page.

Maybe if we're lucky, he'll do a TV-Ark and re-encode some of the clips now that compression technology has been improved and most people have broadband.
