Dvber?

Just stumbled across this site, I'm not sure exactly what it's for.

No idea why or if this is of any use for anyone

Seems to be an automated Freeview scraper of some sort that looks to have been abandoned a while ago, as it still thinks BBC Three is a Freeview channel, it has a Challenge logo from two rebrands previous and many of the other logos are out of date.

Last posted to Twitter in 2014 complaining about hardware costs.
