It's down again, everything but the homepage is not working, funny how this kind of thing didn't happen whilst Big Brother was on!

Thanks for that. A useful little tool.

The problems accessing Digital Spy seem to be confined to Orange users. Odd that no other site seems to be affected though.

I'm with Orange and I can't access DS at all, since yesterday, all I'm getting is 'page cannot be diplayed'

No problem accessing anywhere else....thus far anyway.

Routing / DNS Issues (Updated)
We have received reports that some users are having problems accessing parts of the Digital Spy site at present.

We suspect this is a Routing or DNS issue as it is only affecting customers of certain ISPs.

If you are experiencing problems when trying to access the site, please contact us (http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/contact/forum/) and include the following information:

- your ISP (ie. BT, AOL, Virgin Media)
- full traceroute information: this can be obtained by entering 'tracert digitalspy.co.uk' at the command prompt

We will update this message with any developments.

Thanks
DS Forum Support

Update Saturday - it now looks like this is a routing issue on the Orange Broadband Network please complain to your ISP if you know someone having a problem with this issue. This is unfortunately out of our control but we are complaining as well on your behalf.

Because using their contact form is really useful if you can't access their site Rolling Eyes

Orange have to be one of the worse ISPs we've ever had! The crappy 'livebox' has a minimal wireless reception, regularly looses connection to the internet and has to be rebooted and their customer service staff are appauling. We're leaving them come December Very Happy

Anyway excluding this particular problem this week, it strikes me Digital Spy, for a commercial website, is down an awful lot each year. Or is it just me?
