This is the one and only apology from me on the matter and a small explanation to why this has gotten to the 'beyond a joke' stage.

I must sincerely apologise for the unauthorised use of clips that have been recorded by yourself or taken from your website without permission - this whole incident was a misunderstanding down to the hands of me not paying attention, my shear ignorance and being in too much of a hurry to notice when its other peoples work.
2 thirds of the footage on Delboynet are of my own work but when you Terence pointed out file ID's I went to TV Whirl and downloaded some and you were correct. Glen1 on Media Forums (who I am assuming is your culprit bpw above) sent me an email on Saturday with clips of adverts and from what he wrote in his email he had captured them and he continues to portray this from his continuous postings above. I queried him and he still says he captured them although this is clearly not the case at all.
On my website and in circular pm's sent to members of Media Forums I asked for footage to be sent for inclusion in Delboynet updates. Obviously I never made this clear enough and Glen has sent me clips that are on his computer without thought. The author details were changed by myself on Real Producer not thinking, I never noticed was was in the author details before hand, I just scrubbed them and through my own tags in so I could get the website updated quicker.
I have spoken to you via email about the matter Terence and hopefully you will accept my deep hearted apologies and have removed and will give credit to the incident on Delboynet as well.

Well, there is still the Felix ad up on there, although you are making a step in the right direction.
However I will repeat what I said via email here. Any apology from you means nothing to me, unless you're going to have the decency to extend it to Mark as well. He has been wronged too, and yet you still aren't acknowledging the fact, despite that Milky Way clip being included with the original set of File IDs.

I'll carry it on via the email. I'm at work - hence the gaps in responses and I haven't seen your emails yet Terence as i've yet been home but as sson as I do I will respond, in around 2 hours time. I will talk to Mark via email as well and I missed the other clips mentioned. I thought I had removed them all and will do as soon as I get home and will pay Mark the same tribute.

Having viewed this 'site' for myself, I don't think either TV-Ark or TV Room have anything to fear.
Sadly, there will always be idiots like this who think nothing of lifting material from other sites in this way. Similarly, Mark McM and myself will meet criticisms from others who claim that the likes of TV-Ark and TV Room cannot claim ownership of the material in the first place.
I have made my opinion on this quite clear on a number of occasions previously. I do not intend repeating myself.
To Mark I would say, yes, indeed, there is a principle at stake here. However, I would save any debate on principles for those with the intellect to appreciate it. Looking through this thread, I'd say you're wasting your time here.
The best thing to do is starve such individuals of publicity.
