Yes of course I would be annoyed, I would be disgusted if someone was using my work without permission. But I don't like bad manners, you could have sent him a pm. At the end of the day, the work isn't your own either is it? Did you ask ITV's permission or Sky's permission?

I can't believe you people are getting wound up over a load of nonsense. At the end of the day, the clips are the property of the company who made them (or maybe the television company) so you can do with them what you please. And anyway, if you care to look at what's on it I think you'll find the delboynet site beats them all hands down. Like the Forge Market ad would be on another site!!!! Grow up and stop being so jealous of someone who wants to provide something different.

Occasionally, companies will send tapes of idents on request for this use which is what some sites have done. 'HUDSON' here is not a first-time offender and this 'harsh' language is perhaps necessary.

HUDSON is trying to provide an alternative service for people to relive classic telly memories etc. Leave him alone - at least he's got the guts to actually sit and do it, instead of you lot who seem to think bitching is the best way forward. Delboynet's site is original - there is a LOT of stuff on there which you couldn't get elsewhere.
And no, chrisb, I didn't make the site - again, get your facts straight before you accuse and pay attention to the detail.

Stop trying to avoid the issue. True, there's some clips on there that are exclusive to delboynet - and that's great. However, you can't just go around taking the rest of the material (images, audio and video) off other sites and say that you are responsible for it.

You still haven't answered my question as regards the two adverts I mentioned. Did they come from your personal collection?

Not that old chestnut again! You don't get it, do you? It's the REALVIDEO CLIPS that he's passing off on his site that's my work (captured and encoded by me for TV ARK). I wouldn't care if he had duplicate material on his site, as long as he had captured and encoded the clips himself. It is so blindingly obvious that this is not the case.


Did HUDSON ask ITV or Sky's permission? After all, it was he who said that if he was to steal anything he'd ask for "permission from the people who made it".

I see *some* of the taken clips have now been taken offline, and I'm waiting to hear what Hudson has to say on this.
