why do you need to relaunch it as a new domain with a new provider?
for a start, there is nothing really political on this site (other than numerious squashed pictures of you and john 'fatty' prescott), if you are standing or have stood for a councillor, why isn't there details of yourself, the issues you will fight for locally etc rather than loads of distorted pictures with very little information?
to say that this website combines your 'main interests' of itv1 and politics concerns me, there is no background information about the itv network, all i can see related to itv is a page of addresses to the local centres, i mean why?
there are a few people on this forum (and they know who they are) who seem to spend their entire time constantly 'relaunching' their personal websites by changing the address, graphics or personal branding device, but focusing very little on what is actually there.
to be brutally honest with you ben, your website is dire. it takes ages to load on dialup because you have failed to resize any of the pictures correctly, rather, you have uploaded them at full resolution and resized them with the img tags, and the content is almost non-existant.
why don't you focus on this first rather than falking out for a new domain. people dont much care what the address is within reason (there is nothing wrong with the domain you've got), but the fact is, there is nothing on your site at all.
