My Sincere apologies. I thought you were the Lib Dem MP Nick Harvey, it was just a political get back.

I am sorry Nick.

No offence to you, jb, but do you have to come up with this every time?

It makes distressing reading for OTHER people in the thread, not just Ben.

We all know what Blair did - and I have a feeling that Ben (more than most) does as well.

Sorry, James, point taken respectfully, but [[Mod snip]]

Why should Benjamin be allowed to promote his website (and by extention the pack of liars [[Mod snip]] he goes out and canvasses for) - the "place for politics and ITV1" - and I can't respond to it in an overtly political way?

If that's alright for Benjamin, why can't I turn this thread into the place for "TV Presentation and lying genocidal psychopaths"?

We've all done the stretched image and Random capitalisation stuff now. That only could go so far.

Thankyou for your kind thoughts.

Now then, if anybody has some serious ideas about changing the format of my website. Sincere ITV stories would be better, plus even downloading Granada Reports and Itv News on to the site.

Mr. Harvey, I am asking you for you much appreciated help.

Well, I would start you off with just two pieces of advice.

Firstly, noble though both the subjects on your site might be, they don't mix well; and (as you've seen here) generate a lot of hilarity when put together. Split the site into two, preferably completely and on different main URLs.

Secondly, make it a firm and binding rule that if you need to re-size pictures to make them fit onto web pages, do it offline before creating the page; and always re-size the height by exaclty the same percentage as the width, and vice versa.

If you take those two bits of advice, you'll be a lot further forward (even if a lot less funny).

Thankyou Nick. I am currently doing some updates, but it may take time to do a complete re-vamp.

Surely the unique selling point of Ben's website is the fusion of 'ITV1 & Politics' ?

Why won't you answer my questions, Ben?

[[Mod snip]]

Why not have a section on your website showing the policies you agree with and disagree with? Give us something to read, man.

For the continued upkeep of this website, I would like some help from
the regular visitors of the Site.

After Easter, I want to create a new-look to the Granada Reports
section, with more details on the programme and Archive details.

I want people memories of Granada News over the last fifty years.
Scene At Six Thirty, Granada Reports, Granada Tonight are just some
of the names the news magazine has had over the years, but I want
details of past editions.

Eventually I intend to upload Granada Reports editions on this website,
but that will be later in the year.

Please e-Mail suggestions to granadareports@benjaminfshatliff.com

Thankyou.
