BBC.co.uk - site cutbacks & beyond

Can't say it has went down too well with me, the new radio programme player spage is about as sparse as it can get, no programme information and no tracklisting, which is essential if you are keen to track down (excuse the unintended pun) a particular ong you might have heard on the radio.

Cutbacks in some areas, but a new video platform called BBC Reel has been launched by the commercial arm of the BBC:

Good lord, that needs remedying - you'd be forgiven for thinking you'd landed on a rogue site. Terrible brand management by a company the size of BBC Worldwide.

About the BBC has changed overnight. Now with added Reith, new layout/structure and... the URL is bbc.com

Heavens, never noticed the differences before between the BBC One regions and they're so obvious when you put them next to each other like that. Mind you BBC Two ain't any better.
