I've created a forum which you can chat on, although title says BBC News it is actually for ITV and Sky as well. I called it BBC News to tie in with the website.

is it possible to have a system where people can discuss rotas on these high quality sites so we can purge this site of the discussion?

I second Hyma/Pete's request, set up a forum for stalkin- err, rota discusion and drag it off this site please.

That was one of my suggestions a while back when people started criticising TVF around the 10th birthday - someone set up a free forum to discuss rota/presenters and then ban all discussion of it on here.

yeah and I think I promised I'd set up a wiki or something. But despite my attempts could not find a software solution that would adequately and simply allow the tedium of entering the times and dates of shifts that wasn't just google calendar with notes attached.

If I'm honest it's a bit of a waste really, forums take ages to gain users. TV Forum has users that already actively discuss that.
