BBC News Centre

I am currently working on a new layout and look for the BBC News Centre as well as the JOL Network as a whole.

I will try and sort out the problems with the downloads a.s.a.p. Sorry about that.

There will be loads of new stuff coming to the site soon, plus some more stuff from the BBC bar news. Watch this space.

Great News - I have managed to correct the problem with the downloads so they now all work and are based at a new downloads page here.

I am currently in the process of uploading other BBC News videos for the new look site, including sign offs and starts for all presenters. I will hopefully have uploaded them by the weekend and so will then be able to link to them then.

The BBC News Centre site as well as the JOL Network website is currently undergoing a revamp and I will post updates of the revamp here but we do hope to have the site up and running with the new look shortly. There will be loads of new stuff and old stuff with a new look etc too.

And what does that mean exactly?

Well all of the revamp! New presenters, new set etc

That all happened ages ago, it's history.
There is no 'latest'


Actually that's given me an idea.....
Coming soon on the Larry Network of websites, all the latest on The Falklands War.

I have now changed it OK!

The BBC News Centre has a new look.

The site is now easier to use and contains more information, news, profiles and downloads plus there is a special Iraq section.

Please post, once again, any comments/queries/suggestions you have.

I have updated the new BBC News Centre website with:
Updated News.
Updated War in Iraq section including Schedules.
New Autocue games. - Jane Hill Intro (Weekend) and Peter Sissons Update (10)

I have also launched the new JOL Network homepage.

We are also having some problems with the Iraq Downloads section however, you can download the BBC News and Breakfast Iraq War titles but the others are temporarliy unavailable and will be back up as soon as possible. All the other downloads however, do work.

We are currently working on new sections for the site and they will be launching soon. We will also be uploading more videos of BBC News coverage of the Iraq war and the current and old looks.

The poll on the BBC News Centre homepage will not be there much longer and then will be replaced with a new poll. So make sure you vote. The current leader in the poll for the best BBC One News presenter is Jane Hill followed by Huw Edwards and Sophie Raworth.
