and is due to end within a month or so. well the trial is at least, i think they will continue beyond the trial period with a sustaining service though.

Sustaining service?
Still split into individual bulletins, or an 'all in one' bulletin endlessly repeated?

NH
I hope not.
I find the service quite interesting.
Oh, and while I'm on, Mr VAT Crime, why has the name of the person quoted in your signature disappeared after only a few days? Not a nasty PM from her Daddy, perchance?

I to find it immensely interesting. It is slightly appealing seeing my house every hour on BBC Shropshire TV and the whole concept of 'regionalised TV' is certainly an idea which needs developing.
BBC Shropshire TV works very closely with other news outlets in the area such as North Wales News and the Shropshire Press which, I hope, will be further developed.
I also quite like the music used on the weather section... but that's for another time.

the service is going to come to an end and be reviewed by the great and the good - no doubt assessing its value for money, effect on commercial rivals and whether or not its a service the public want.
i logged in hours after i made the batherine kirkett signature to find it had been removed by a moderator, of course there was no explanation or anything. arseh*les.

i would imagine the latter, possibly even broadband only. lets just hope it doesnt end up as dry as bbc hull's "your news" interactive service
