Here's something that may interest some of you.

I didn't realise there were so many wholly woned commercial divisions and comapnies from the BBC. They're all on one page at:

In addition, http://www.bbc.co.uk/info/channels/ contains information on all the BBC's television and radio services.

Am I the only one to not know Animal Planet is a joint venture with the BBC and Discovery? And that there is a UKTV channel in Australia?

I knew there was a UKTV in Australia, but I thought it was a seperate thing from the UKTV over here.

If you look at UK-TV's listings they have a good mix of programmes from BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Five, but the logo is completly different to the UKTV we have. Plus I think UK Gold are more recent in Eastenders episodes than UK-TV Austrailia are, as that and Corrie are in 2000.
