It would be interesting to hear some figures in relation to listeners.
As for CMP, to me, it's gone a little quiet and to be fair always has been quiet. The need to restructure themselves and get people involved other than just broadcasting.
Promotion
There is none. Or none that I've seen. Nothing to call people in to listen. I bet I get a reply to this saying but we do on such and such radio forum etc.... why? You need to broaden - start adverising in the street, in newspapers.... online in places you've not been to before.
Design
Where? The site at the time seemed good for what it was. Now it looks like some boring dull and drab site that really puts me off. It doesn't scream INTERNET RADIO STATION to me. Infact it doesn't scream anything apart from boring.
There's no *interesting* logo targetting a youthful market. Infact the site and colouring doesn't target the market you appear to be aiming for.
Website Content
Content? Huh? Where? Your a radio station, yet all you have on your site is information about becoming a DJ and what CMP is.
From what I've listened to your presenters do shows and little features - Infact if I remember rightly I've even heard the news blasting out
TOTH, yet not a mention of any of this on the site apart from the small presenter Bio's.
They need to get people involved other than broadcasting, there is room for improvement, a market to grab - and there could also be money to be made - because I LARGERLY suspect this little station doesn't make money and in financial terms WILL be operating a severe loss.
Hey if you need my services guys
Edit: I just found the news on the homepage. It blended in that well I missed it.
