I know free content isn't the best content for any site and with ENTERTAINMENT it is fulled with it. IE: If someone wants to play a game they would find a site which have games of there own content.
I would cut the free content at lest by half. I would also take away the background which is from the forum as it not part of disgin.
at the time you wrote your post the forum hadn't been revamped fully. There was an announcement on the homepage of the site stipulating the fact that the forum hadn't been finished.
It has now been revamped, and fully integrates with the whole site.
With regards to your Free Content comments. I personally find that they are an excellent way of attracting traffic to the site. This is the part of the site which has the most traffic and as such it will be remaining as it is.
Your website was based on free content alone wasn't it? and we know how crap that site was don't we! (still is actually - but that's beside the point). I feel that you need to mix free content with original content in order to have a successful site instead of just basing a whole site on free content.
And at the end of the day, its my site and I shall host what I want to on there. People at my school visit the games area quite a bit because sites such as miniclip are blocked - so thats one reason for it being there.
surely you noticed that the circle background is on the OLD pages and not the revamped ones?
obviously you couldn't tell the difference between the new design and the old design, even though they're completely different.

what content was on your shambles of a site? I know you have stipulated recently that your site is for you to learn how to use PHP - but its a bit of a waste of money forking out money for loads of domans just for your learning when you could easily simulate it on your hard drive.
