Ah, that's an ITV Schools tune, called 'Hey Presto' (look at the html source at the end, it's in an embeded .swf file).

That's not the Brian Bennett piano version which was used in the Summer Of 1982 on ITV Schools. So who is this version of "Hey Presto" by?
