Accessing TV-Ark specifically via BT

Having problems accessing TV-Ark via BT Infinity for the last 24hrs or so and was wondering if anyone else was too?

I know the site is up and running as I can access it via mobile or through a proxy - it's just BT not playing ball.

It's most likely their DNS servers, try manually changing them to 8.8.8.8 (googles dns service) and see if it works.

No - DNS isn't the problem. Several network tool websites all resolve the address to the same IP as BT.
