I don't know if anyone's come across this. Youtube keeps cutting out on my Sky Q box. The screen goes black and I have to return to the home page to reset. I've tried resetting both the box and router but nothing has worked. Can anyone help?
Issues with streaming through YouTube are usually throughput related, ie your internet speed is either slow, congested or your wi-fi channel(s) have co-channel interference.
That being said, downdetector (which is only reliable as far as other people peeing and moaning about stuff that doesn't work) says "possible problems". Make of that what you will.
I've not checked Youtube today yet and according to Sky's Community there is an update needed with the mini box but nothing about the main box.
