If BritBox isn't showing native interlaced content (like all the classic Doctor Who) in p50 then they won't be getting a subscription from me.

This shouldn't be a surprise - AIUI ITV (presumably the ITV Hub team) are handling all the ingest and streaming sides of the operation...

A shame it's not the BBC, the iplayer is one of the very few 50fps streaming sites out there.

ARD and ZDF Mediathek are in Germany, and some of the CMore streams in Sweden are too.

Fortunately for sport things are getting better- BT Sport, Amazon (for its live sport and replays) and at least a couple of the streaming services from US sports (MLB.tv, NHL.tv) are all at 50/60p. I think Eurosport might be as well, at least on some platforms.

It’s a shame ITV, C4 and Sky are lagging behind.

I need to re-check Eurosport. The Eurosport Player and the Eurosport channels on Amazon Prime were both 25p last time I checked.

We've been through this before, I don't.

OK - sorry I forgot.

Just subscribed to check - Eurosport Player on Apple TV 4K within their app is p25 visually and confirmed as 5.6Mbs average bitrate at 1920x1080p 25fps in the Apple TV Developer HUD.

I checked out the live Davis Cup tennis and swimming.

Do you have Frame Rate interpolation enabled on your TV (MotionFlow, Natural Motion etc.)? I don't see how what I'm seeing could be mistaken for 50fps?
