Have I done something wrong? I purchased the champions edition of FIFA 20 which comes with a free one months pass to Sky Sports. I enter the code that came with my receipt but the Sky sports channels have not activated. Do I need to purchase the Sky sports month pass first and then enter the code?

All sorted, by mobile device they mean I can only watch it on my android or my iOS smartphone. I thought iPads and tablets were also considered as “mobile devices”? It works on my smartphone but not my iPad.

Mobile device as in mobile phone. Android on a tablet is near enough the same as Android on the mobile phone just without any ability to make and receive calls (natively, anyway).

However through programming code you can usually determine whether its a phone or a tablet, ie "Is the screen size bigger than 6"? This must be a tablet, abort the program" or similar. Presumably iOS is similar (except iOS will be standard on all Apple devices as opposed to the "looks" Android ends up with depending on the device)

Reports of a rogue appearance on a BTTV app of a ‘NOW TV Discovery HD’ channel and contents, recently, admittedly I’ve not seen it myself but the incidence is worth a mention at this stage,

More fleeting glimpses of BTTV NowTV movement reported today on BT Community with evidence of Sky One, SSNews and Sky Football having been seen fleetingly over the past 48hrs on BTTV Apps on Android Mobile devices. Nothing on their iOS, iPadOS and tvOS equivalents though.
