The rebrand has started today with the iOS and iPadOS apps now featuring the new logo.

I’m not sure if it’s the case for everyone but the NOW TV app on my LG TV has updated with the new logo today.

No change to the 4K Box or Firestick.

Updated on Youview. BT also using the new branding in most places of their website.

Website seems to have been updated. Looks like they're moving upmarket, in contrast to their last rebrand which appeared to be to cheapen the brand relative to Sky.

Still nowtv.com, I don't expect they can get the now.com domain. They have got the @now handle on twitter.

It's all starting to make sense with regards to the passes being rebranded as memberships as to why Sky axed the physical passes last year.

I think the issue for Sky is they marketed too well at the C2DE demo and realised that they need some ABC1 customers to pay for the more premium end of NOW's 'memberships' such as the monthly sports passes.

Having Sky Docs/Arts and the World Cinema/Indie sections on Sky Cinema goes some way to attracting a higher-end audience to a brand more known for Hollywood blockbusters and EPL without a subscription.

I think they'll also push the Boost Membership this year if the basic membership has pre-rolls on all devices.

It's all gone very quiet on the Sky Dish-less service front too, perhaps related to NOW's repositioning...

I note they haven't rebranded the Broadband packages; I'm not sure products like 'Brilliant Broadband' and 'Fab Fibre' quite fit the new brand image.

Hmm, not overly convinced by the new branding. I suspect most people will refer to it as "Now TV" in much the same way the "BBC News Channel" still needs a qualifier...

- "That programme you like is on Now"
- "It's on now?"
- "No, I mean it's... oh forget about it. Let's watch that show from Yesterday instead"
- "From yesterday?" etc. etc. and so on.
