Very sketchy information based on an FT 'Exclusive' that an all encompassing Video, Audio, EBook and possibly radio streaming service is to be launched in the UK on multiple platforms. The deal will include the entire back catalogue of Pixar. Maybe available pre-Christmas.
Will it include the 80s and 90s TV cartoons? Quite annoying none of the Disney channels ever show them any more (the main Disney channel barely showing any cartoons full stop).

DuckTales: The Movie - Treasure of the Lost Lamp is on regularly on Sky Movies Disney.
Well, I was refering to the series themselves, not the theatrical spin-offs. The old Disney Cinemagic (and Toon Disney before it) used to show the TV shows, but since they replaced it with Sky Movies Disney, they only show films.

I suspect a lot of the 80s and 90s cartoons are not showing because Disney is apparently at various stages of rebooting them, in particular Rescue Rangers and Ducktales. But that being said the cartoons are not totally off-limits as they're all out on DVD in one form or another.
