I'd be surprised if the UK versions are added, the US edit almost certainly will be used, as is the case with the AppleTV+ Fraggle Rock version.

I wonder how many standards conversions it will have gone through before we get it? Needs to come from PAL source, not an NTSC one.

Hopefully minimal, if treated as the Fraggle Rock ones on AppleTV were, the digital transfer should be quite decent.

It's a font that was designed for Android back in 2011, which is permissively licensed. It's hardly "lazy" - it's a well-designed font, and it's not as if the designers behind the logo opened up an Android app and used the default font whilst designing a logo.

In the UK, there are some titles absent that had previously been shown in some promotional graphics, so they may arrive once existing rights with other distributors come to an end, for example:

- Terminator franchise
- Kingsman franchise
- The Shape of Water

I wonder what versions of Buffy it will be... hopefully not the infamous HD remasters which are so bad even Joss Whedon himself's condemned them. I'd like to hope Disney+ have learned their lesson on dodgy remasters after The Simpsons, but maybe not.



They got pretty much everything wrong, the framing (on some occasions cropping the 4:3 centre cut even though there's a full widescreen image that we had on the UK 16:9 SD versions, but using the full widescreen frame on occasions it shows the edge of sets, equipment, crew etc. on the edges), bad colour grading (including scenes that meant to have taken place in darkness not being graded, so you have vampires outside in daylight or what's meant to be an eclipse but in full sunlight), bad upscaling of effects shots, poor noise reduction etc.
