Looks like it won't matter to the overall result now, but Arizona is getting pretty tight as the vote counts are being updated (in this case, Trump is catching up). Fox News and the AP looking really quite 'brave' to have called it so quickly. May still end up blue but Biden's early lead has shrunk considerably as votes have been counted.

Not sure you can extrapolate much to UK General Elections, as we just have seats declare their results (not counties within states like they are going into the detail of - to get a sense of how the whole state will go).

So after 7hrs 30 mins on air. Wolf has taken a break and Anderson is now still going presenting from 2:30pm US time with Erin Burnett.
It's something of a tradition that Blitzer announces their final projection, which is presumably why the 'A team' were on so early today... but the slow, thorough counting of votes is making all the networks wait.
