thanks... I used green because I didn't want to use any colour currently in use by any of the news programmes. I would have used it with white, but I also wanted to use a globe and only had a poor quality one with a black background so I was a bit stumped.

nini, thanks for your assistance... am i being totally stupid? i'm clicking on BROWSE locating the file then clicking UPLOAD then a screen appears with the file name and underneath it NOTHING WAS UPLOADED ... am i doing something wrong?

hello... i'm a little bit stupid. I've made a mock, but I've exceeded the file upload limit... I've removed, compressed and zipped but I'm still over. Can anyone tell me how to post a file of 2376kb please.

I'm going to have a crack at it, just looking for an appropriate track to use 'cos I'm not a huge fan of the GMTV theme. Should get round to it sometime before christmas 2007

watched the Story of ITV on Sunday, did you see it?, there was a fair bit about TVam... such a shame they lost the franchise, but I'm sure if they'd survived it would all be brash colours, poor regional news and £10k giveaways a la GMTV by now.
