Will have a look at Rai News (didn't know they had no autocue) but why don't RTE just ditch the studio cameras altogether in favour of EuroNews style presentation? It wouldn't bee too interesting but it might look a bit more professional. And there wouldn't be so much disappointment following a relaunch with "LED screens" that turned out to be a sexed up way of saying "a big brown yoke"...

Fair fecks to Siún, she carried the whole thing along with her usual style. Note the closing shot at 21:45, it shows Siún in the studio instead of the background we usually see with the credits superimposed.

Yes there definately should be a breakfast show on RTE but if you think about it the Beeb have only had early morning TV for 25 years so RTE would be breaking record by following the BBC that quickly!
