BBC World News from New Broadcasting House

Doesn't click with me either on the above slogan imagery.

While on the related topic of the breaking news filler, I found it good for it to play on the display screen beside the presenter, without coming on full-screen to the viewers. I saw this being done (not sure if it is intentional) over 8am slot just now. It looks okay, but when it comes on full screen as previously done (probably still is), it is too exclamatory. I would say having the sting music playing along with the filler being played next to the presenter is suffice.

I was watching one edition of World Business Report and the headlines transitional thunderclap uses the one that's similar with the TOTH headlines. I don't think I heard the usual WBR headlines background music as well. Was it some mix-up or has they decided to change the WBR sting? It was on TWT with Rajesh Mirchandani and the Ben Thompson reading the business news.

I'd mean 'weird' as in Tanya's appearance on TWT, she hasn't been on this slot for ages. And also unusual rotas throughout the day, with presenters not on a certain slot regularly, but appears.
Meanwhile I think I saw Alice Baxter on Impact, earlier she did the 8am slot as well.

So-called BBC Special: Iraq and the Calliphate broadcasting from Studio B, instead of Global. Opening sting consist of a few Iraq-related still photos being shown in a changing sequence. Tim Wilcox presents, with about 3 guests on the table - looking like Dateline London. Also, Yalda comes in live from Iraq.

From the side-shot, I think he looks funny as if sitting on a stool. The table is either too low for his height or maybe the angle just makes it appear so.
