Finally, I've done something properly
State Television of Belarus's rebranding
But it does feel like that the only idea of identity is just a national flag and nothing else. Finally, I've done something properly

State Television in countries of ex-USSR tends to stick to national colours of their flags in tv channel's identity, aside from Moldova(with blue-coloured logo) and Georgia
State Television of Belarus's rebranding
Improvement from your *first* mock, but it lacks style, its really bland. Also does the colours have to stick to red and green?

Too simplistic.
Terrible rubbish, now in video.
Along with horrible animation of some particular objects
No safe zones, just a test version

And I'm sure it's still not good, and it's still not completed yet, so, I just want to hear your suggestions.
As I said, I'm not satisfied by current branding of State TV, they attempted to rebrand their channels around one year ago or so. Of course, idents are quite good(some elements of graphics, for example), but logo, font, as well as useless details spoil the impression.
Branding just seems to be too provincial, despite of special effects.
State TV now consists of 4 channels:
Belarus 1, which is the main channel (full of soaps, state propaganda, etc)
Belarus 2(sports, films, various programmes)
Belarus 3(culture, documentaries)
Belarus 24(not news channel, just an international mix of programming of all those following channels)
But let's start from Belarus 1.
Belarussian TV is not 24-hour. Broadcasting starts at 6am, and at 7 on Tuesday and Sunday
So, here's my start of broadcasting
Of course, broadcasting starts from colour bars
(hope everything's fit into safe zones)
Then almost all colour bars disappear except of red one and green
Green bar becomes darker(as a belarussian flag)
It's all accompanied by grey background
Then bars transform into Belarus 1 logo, video sequence of various belarussian places is being added, and this is how major ident look like
(it says: "Television of your homeland")
Then here comes the clock
Well, red and green bar is outside the safe zone, it should be probably taken down
After the clock sequence, National Anthem follows
This is how the clock look like on Belarus 24

You may have remembered my last mock(which was awful), so, I decided to come back to my idea. And I'm sure it's still not good, and it's still not completed yet, so, I just want to hear your suggestions.

Documentaries, talk shows, game shows with a russian participant in it. EVEN COUNTDOWN SEQUENCE Yes, Russia is into Eurovision, compared to the UK.
Russians have always aimed to win it since 1994.
And they did in 2009.
And could I upload some screenshots of our local eurovision programming, please?
