Saturday TV schedules
Me too, when I watched it, I felt like a big kid again lol because I used to stay up really late (for a 10 year old) in the mid ninetys to watch shows like that

Celebrity Love Island (You'd think they would have learnt from last year but oh no they extend it to 12 weeks this time!)
The X Factor
Now 1 out of them shows aren't too bad and Poker Face dosen't sound all that bad. But maybe 2006 would be the right time to try and repeat Simply the Best which was shown in 2004. With Saturday Night TV at an all time low, a 90's-esque show could give a classic feel to the evening instead of countless reality shows.
Blind Date was shown again but under a different name of Love on a Saturday Night fronted by Davina McCall but was dropped after 2 series'.

Well the only one which would cause a problem with safe areas is the tonight one. Also, I tried to make them in the widescreen ratio as requested and just enlarged them. Thanks for your comments though.

I like the idea of them, I could really see them on-screen. I don't actually watch channel five much so I'm not really aware of the ones they actually use (even though I made a set of mocks) but I think that would probably look better than them because the idents have an unprofessional-esque about them

The fish tank has no use, they should just get rid of that, it is a really bad eye-sore, and also, I think they could do an sm:tv style balcony at the top of that wall

More five Mocks
Ive had these lying about since I did the CD:UK mock but haven't been on to post them. Anyway, I've took on all of your criticism since then and I have tried to include aspect ratios and used better programs instead of publisher. I hope these mocks or at least some of them can change your perception on my mocking ability as these are my 2nd-6th attempt. Also, apologies in advance for the quality of some mocks as the file size was too large in PNG format, I had to convert then to JPEGThanks

CITV on ITV1 Thread
It definitely is getting better, this mornings felt like an MOM. And also, the guests have began to get a little bit better too having people associated with kids on (ie Jeff Brazier, "Lara Croft"), also getting people on who appeal to an older audience (ie Shayne Ward, Soap Stars) and finally people who appeal to all ages such as Girls Aloud, Dancing on Ice stars etc. I agree with the post above regarding studio space, I think they could use it a bit more constructively for example building a small section of tiered seating which could perhaps fit the "not quite chosen ones" from the pervious week and maybe around 20 more people just to build a small audience. Just something like that would enhance it so much more.

CD:UK Mock
Whats my name got anything to do with anything? And I just can't be bothered to use apostrophes and capital letters which this thread shows I can do. And I know that its crap and no there wasn't any thought put into it just a few autoshapes and cd:uk in the middle. I'm not planning to be a graphic designer, it was just a little bit of harmless fun when I was that bored.

and i think that that particular logo wouldnt work but with a little reworking, it probably could. now like this forum is a mock forum, you dont need to bother with in vision ratio. im not going to take up tv graphic design any time soon, it was just to kill a little bit of time. anyway thanks everyone for your comments whether you liked it or not
