BBC Switch

Surely that is the logo or else what would be the point in putting that up a few weeks before a different image is launched? It looks a bit boring to me....and more inconsistency by putting the BBC logo in yet another different position - wonder how they'll chop it up to put in a silly alternative and unnecessary box logo?

BBC North West Tonight

Does anyone know how much this relaunch is likely to have cost? How much would the opening titles cost to make? Not whingeing about it, just curious.

BBC North West Tonight

I like the new titles, apart fromk the patronising 'Live news, etc' which cheapens the look, and the music is rather bland. The way the circle bends to show the title at the end is smart. The floor looks awful, and someone needs to tell Ranvir that she doesn't have to shout. We definitely have the best regional look though now.

BBC One

when was the bbc.co.uk/bbcone altered? That box in the corner looks silly. I wish BBC one wouldn't use that horrid box.

BBC Radio

All the bbc mobile radio pages are still using old logos. Is there no co-ordination at the bbc?

BBC Radio

bbc radio page updated with new logos. looks good with them all together i think. 1xtra updated now too. the one isn't quite the same in the 1xtra logo as the radio 1 logo on the main page though - radio 1's 1 is taller and narrower - what's the point in that?

BBC three, Updated

reminds me too much of bbc four. you need to make it clearer which channel this is meant to be.

BBC News branding has become a mess?

Yes, I realise that. I'm referring to a post above which suggests the change to red and yellow is a distancing from Britain. If that were they case, the severed shape of NI would not have been kept. I don't think I can make my point any clearer.

The NEW Central West and BBC Midlands thread

On the point about the camera feeds. Not sure whether we have a live image in the North-West or not, but I have certainly seen a giant spider web being woven during the course of a bulletin and I seem to remember a giant pigeon too! Maybe it's not live to avoid that kind of thing, though it is quite amusing!
