Wondering how the logistics work for Colin, Anna & Ian.

I'm assuming Colin is ok as he is in Tokyo and probably has a hotel room etc.
How about Anna & Ian? Where would they been sleeping and what access do they have to food? Must be very limited.

I didn't see it, but I guess it'd be the two options being bandied around - either Sky News is sold or (more likely) an independent editorial board is set up, similar to what they have on The Times.


Yes they discussed the possibility of an independent editorial board and Claire Enders also raised the possibility of having Sky News operate as a trust that would be financed through BSkyB effectively paying Sky News for a 10 year news contract. Apologies it's not the best explanation of what was said but hopefully they will upload it on the website.

How come Sky News is covering the SkySports sexism story so much this evening. They've even dragged up further off camera footage where Gray & Keys are discussing the female assistant referee. I thought Sky would have tried to bury this story, but Sky News appear to be putting the boot in!

Looks like more Sky News cost cutting to me, reducing the number of hours of live news by 4 (inc. 2 repeats of Bluebird) this week alone.


Do you reckon its cost cutting or are they working on something technical..?

Just watched Martin now....output feels very disjointed this evening.
