I understand people's frustrations, but a balance has to be struck.

On the one hand, those of us who work in the industry like fostering people's enthusiasm. On the other, there are commercial sensitivities and contractual obligations that (quite rightly) mean we simply can't be specific about our employers' manoeuvres (no matter who we work for) until they're seen on-air.

It's not meant to be smug, and any evasiveness is out of necessity rather than spite. That's just the way it goes.

That said, I hope you'll like what you see.

All this thread seems to be is people teasing us with stuff. It just comes across as 'Look at me, I work for Sky, and I know something you don't!'

Just to put it out there I think Kimberley is really good! I'd love to see her on more often. She's far from abysmal.

Yup - the only time it gets used now is when we have puppies as guests or I'm doing something in my unofficial capacity as disability reporter.
