"Basketball" shown before 'Staff From Hell'. Very impressive ident...unusual, but stunning.

Fantastic! I feel the differing chords complement eachother very well...the 'track' has a great sense of mood.

Is it just me that can't stand Westlife? They are over-rated and over-used by this programme.

It looks awful, dreary and depressing. The dancing kids was at least colourful, amusing and festive. This is dull.
I have to disagree. I think "Snowball" is far more interesting visually than kids running and jumping around as snowflakes and puddings. I like the cartoony idea of "a community coming together" to build a massive snowball, although it is abit cheesy. I agree that the colour scheme is less glitzy than previous years, but i feel it has a modern and warm appearance...and is Christmasy. The various camera shots mean you will notice more and more things in the ident each time. However, just the one ident may get boring by new year...we'll have to wait and see.

A new break-bumper was just shown after the evening news. Logo in the centre with yellow flowers growing up metal (zig-zag wiring) fencing.

I don't see the logic of not showing an halloween episode on halloween...thats the whole point of these special episodes. The only reason I could see for not showing an halloween episode is because of Sky One's Simpson halloween marathon going on at the same time.

Oh that's nice.
On a similar note, why is that on Halloween, it's the one night when Channel 4 don't screen a Halloween episode. We get quite a few each year, but never on Halloween.
