Catchphrase titles

As this is being discussed, can I ask why threads older than say, 6 months, be auto-locked? Is it not a feature in phpBB? I've never understood why more forums don't do this and save on the aggro it creates when someone makes a mistake.

I quite like the music loop on the interactive channels 'Coming up' screen, anyone know what band it's by or if it's an original commission? Not nearly long enough though, i used to have the loop from the Athens games on in the background all the time

I was under the impression that CLI was a ratings success, but not a critical one. Hard to tell when there's only ever negative press about it.

Well of course they could be showing higher quality programmes, that's plainly obvious. But they would be mad not to try and repeat past successes. Incidentally I'm a fan of a BB but never understood the appeal of CLI. BB hasn't shown any serious decline in popularity just yet, although I fear they've run out of ideas and milked the same script too often.

Am I the only one thinking that if this were posted by a newbie, it would have been completely slated as a 2 min Paint job? Maybe I can't visualise how the 5 would look as it does in your head, but it's just a bit too simplistic for me. The other ITV channels have gone for live action idents, if ITV 5 were to be the odd one out with purely graphical idents then they should be bold and lively. Also, 5ive makes me think of the pop group of the same name, dunno if that should have any bearing on the design

Ideal World

I think you've already identified the main problem with this design, it's a blatant rip off of QVC. Is the intention to confuse viewers into buying from Ideal World, thinking it's classier than it really is?
