It's fresh, brand spanking new - crisp, clean and blue! I love it! A massive improvement! It's also cool to see John back where he belongs - Team Leader (the post vacated by Shereen's departure)! 
One thing I don't understand is - why the heck have they got Louise doing only one or two stories at the other monitor?
I also don't think Raman looks right where he's been put either. Apart from that and overall - a much better and improved display from SMG.

By the way, has anyone got any pics or caps of old Cowcaddens (the studios, not the parts that are joined on to it)? Just thought it might be a wee reminder as to what the building looked like, before the bulldozers move in (whenever that is)

It looks completely modern and the gallery looks cool too! At least we know that Scotland Today is going to be based in Studio 1, and it's about time too. Now it's just the design of the studio, that's shrouded in mystery .
We will no doubt have leaks and so forth from the tabloids, but I think that STV should be trying their best to keep the new look underwraps and reveal the new look to viewers first!
However, knowing the tabloids, they will be doing their upmost to spoil that.
Does anyone think that a few tears would have been shed, as staff left the orig and traditional home of Scotland Today for the last ever time tonight?

I would assume that the ST Glasgow Newsroom would kick off the flitting first, although then again the STV bigwigs will no doubt be gagging to make the first steps to PQ.

Anyone spot something shocking in the MEDIAWATCH section in the Sundayherald the day? SMG are bringing in 11 new staff to Glasgow Newsroom! One of them: Steven Godden is tranferring from Aberdeen Newsroom!

Can anyone imagine who could impersonate Jack McConnell & Co plus the rest of our MSPs at Holyrood in the Scottish Parliament? Not to mention the fact, that all this fuddy duddy going on with Tommy Sheridan and the Swingers Club scene! Oh boy - I can just imagine the animated version of this news story!
