Dead pixels are usually black, stuck pixels are usually either red, green or blue depending on the state they were in when they became stuck.
It's very unusual to see a long row of pixels stuck like that, they tend to either be sporadic or spaced out, not in a big long continuous row/splodge like that. That what you've posted is more likely a damaged screen such as if you slammed lid down with some considerable force or if there was an object between screen and the keyboard/touchpad and the lid was closed accidentally.
As I say if it was a graphics card issue it would follow onto the external monitor. And it hasn't, so it can only be a screen issue. You can try jscreenfix (link above) and see what happens, but no guarantees and it won't help if the screen's damaged anyway.
I've just been on the phone to Lenovo and opened up a support ticket with them.
I don't recall slamming the lid down, i always close it as i usually would. The screen was fine on the morning of the 20th March and it was closed for two hours. When i opened the lid back up later that afternoon is when i noticed that row of pixels.
I have been putting the laptop back in it's protective cover that it came in as a bit of extra protection in my sleeve. Could that have accidentally damaged the screen?
