For most of the daytime hours during weekdays, the two channels are broadcasting separately.
From what I can work out, there simulcasting the following on weekdays: 1000-1300, 1900-0600, at least for the first half an hour then they go separate ways for the back half. Weekends are all simulcasts, including BBC One bulletins.
Simulcasting from 10:00 to 13:00 as you say.
Then again from 19:00 to 20:30.
BBC World News has two half-hours of World News America at 21:00 and 21:30 and another edition of Outside Source at 22:00 followed by Asia Business Report & Sport Today.
From 23:00 the channels simulcast for the first half hour of each hour until 05:00, when there is a full hour of news.
The evenings will change from Monday after the clocks change in Europe.
19:00-20:00 & 21:00-22:00 are normal simulcast anyway
Seems most likely, shame Annita McVeigh will lose her slot though
Maybe Annita will share 11-1 Newsroom Live with Joanna? I really hope she isn't made redundant she's so good in the mornings when all the breaking news is coming in. More likely Carrie will go.
Could Carrie go to the 7pm-10pm Friday, 7-12 Saturday, 6-11 Sunday slot on BBC World, simulcast on the News Channel at 9pm which doesn't have a fixed presenter
I think yes, apart from the earlier Breakfast hours. Any time I tuned in yesterday, World News was coming from Studio E.
This morning, the first hour is coming from Studio C with Tim Willcox. (Again, as Breakfast is airing in the UK at this hour).
To keep staff safe the News Channel has effectively shut down and replaced by a simulcast of BBC World News outside BBC One bulletins
Considering the streamlining of the BBC News output I'm amazed Outside Source is even continuing at the moment, especially with it's main host now in self-isolation.
Me too. Studio C should be free shouldn't it at that time, as it is on Fridays and over the weekend.
I think its being replaced by an edition of World News Today

Not yesterday, Lukwesa was on air 18:30-22:00 with filler at 21:30 with Victoria Derbyshire. James Reynolds was on BBC Four at 19:00 though
It was never due to broadcast at 21:00. yesterday due to US clock change, its still in the schedules today and next week. In Christmas week it normally continues as a daily programme...
