Be warned that the 1080i/25 version of HDTV involves film effect!

The Aussies are currently using HD - infact Home & Away is filmed in 1080i/25, which will give you an idea of what the "film effect" thing looks like.

ITV is for Chavs.

The only people who saw what was wrong in ITV is Seven in Oz.

Revoking them the rights to Home & Away gave them the kick in the balls they asked for.

Seven unknowlingly created a monster in Crossroads which would never be good enough for ITV, because they can't show anything under 10m viewers. Shallow t w @ t s.

Yes they did but it was a totally local service with no network stuff, including extended regional news and French news.
