Deal or No Deal

Different music at times too. I wonder whether there's any *fixing* that goes on to have such a great show on Saturdays. Last week's was an exciting one as well.

"BBC TWO is changing"

AFAIK, it's an update to the website alone (tomorrow, at least).

It's being revamped to include lots of video content, as part of a BBC trial from now until the Summer. It'll include video-on-demand and interactivity with BBC2 shows, such as The Apprentice.

I'd imagine the biggest changes are:
Arrow One O'Clock and Six O'Clock News edited by the same person
Arrow New Controller of BBC News 24
Arrow "greater consistency of branding", whatever that may mean
Arrow And reading between the lines, fewer people working on BBC One bulletins

Cheers. We spent a lot of time trying to get hold of him, but we were helped by the fact that David Davis founded the station 35 years ago.

We were just lucky really that he made good on his promise to visit the station at a time when he had 30 journalists in tow. And that there's a conference centre next door where he could do his press conference.

Yep, that interviewer was me. Radio 4 used some of the interview I did with him on PM. Should be on Newsnight tonight, as Michael Crick was there.
