IMO Duncan seems to come across better when he is alongside Christine only, he can be funny at times too, something that Christine needs to work on, both John & Gaynor are great IMO

He normally has four weeks leave at this time of year, if noticed this since 2013, where John, Jon & David usually cover for him,
Duncan seems to have stopped doing Friday's too, usually John or David does them now, btw Michael Billington presenting again tonight alongside gaynor.

Duncan and Christine haven't partnered on Calendar for a good few weeks now.
He normally has four weeks leave at this time of year, if noticed this since 2013, where John, Jon & David usually cover for him,

He has improved significantly and has the strong reporting background which ITN always value but I think he's more suited to News at Ten than he would be the Evening News. I'd rather see Julie and Mary co-host the Evening News and Rageh become the official number two on News at Ten if they were looking to increase his role.

I have a feeling Rageh is up for promotion, as Rageh has been doing news at ten more often than both Tom & Julie over the past few weeks, Tom hasn't hosted for a few weeks, so I'm guessing him getting the news at ten gig last year was only the beginning.

I'd imagine so - if I was leaving work at the end of the year I'd have no intention of working between Christmas and New Year. Also without wanting to take the discussion towards his personal circumstances an interview he gave yesterday reminded us he isn't just a newsreader, he's a father too.
As much as I like Alastair and he was collateral damage in the succession of Tom Bradby the First I would rather see ITV look towards the future now and probably bring in a new face if they replace Mark. Otherwise I'd be happy enough with it going single headed, bringing in Julie to cover for Mary.

At the moment there have been too many guest panelists IMO and its only November - Anne Diamond, Bev Callard, Christine Lampard, Sam Fox, India Willoughby, Stephanie Davis and Eva Longoria,
They need to give the show the format it was from 2014 - 15 IMO
I would have it like this
Hosts : Ruth Langsford, Andrea McLean, Kaye Adams (Fill-In), Coleen Nolan (Fill-In), Gloria Hunniford (Fill-In)
Regulars : Coleen Nolan, Saira Khan, Nadia Sawalha, Jane Moore, Janet Street-Porter, Gloria Hunniford, Linda Robson, Penny Lancaster, June Sarpong
Occasional : Stacey Solomon, Martine McCutcheon
In my way of thinking the regulars would appear in a set seat eg. Ruth, Coleen, JSP, Linda, and they would move seat to accommodate the panelist with priority of a certain extent seat, eg. Ruth, Coleen, Linda, June.
The role of the occasional panelists would be when certain panelists are away or they would appear every 2-3 weeks.
When a guest panelist appears they will never take the end seat and in fact they would sit in the third seat, eg. Ruth, Coleen, *Guest*, Jane
In my opinion that's how it should be.

I thought Gloria filled that gap, they both great IMO, they way the show is now reminds me of how it was between 2007 and 2010, however I wish they'd get rid of Lisa, as she seems to be on too often and gets quite annoying.

I second that, she's been brilliant and gels well with everyone. I think to some degree she fills the void left by Lynda Bellingham - a woman of a certain age with grown up kids.
