It got me thinking - how could the current system be changed to make the regional output more personal whilst still keeping all the companies under the ITV umbrella.
How would you do it?
Would its region have its own logo, title sequence etc. or would you keep it roughly the same?

I was thinking the other day.... what if ITV had still kept some regional identity other than just the names. Let's not go down the path of a UTV Live rename again. That's been cropping up countless times on this forum.
ITV continuity I'd say is likely to stay now, but let's wait until official confirmation until we hedge any bets. But UTV Live will likely stay as UTV Live, but maybe dropping the UTV logo possibly when News gets its next refresh.
Remember that it's still 'ITV News on Channel Television'. ITV would be foolhardy to get rid of legacy names for no real reason when regional news rates well and it's familiar to the viewers it serves.

I was watching BBC One Scotland where we got a version with the STV logo at the end in place of ITV.
This obviously went out on STV too. A nice touch.

I think for the BBC2 & BBC1 breakdown cards you should feature your curves and circles motifs possibly moving up and down. just to add some movement
