To Alfie, what are you asking? What studio are you on about?

The DOG seems to be duplicated at the moment. (Sky News HD - NowTV on BTTV)

ITV seem to have a warehouse like 'studio' that they've been using a lot lately:
• 'Competition HQ'
• 'The Chancellor's Budget'
• Various ITV News interviews
• 'Saturday Night Takeway'
Does anyone know where this is. Looks a bit like it could be their Waterhouse Square HQ but it could really be anywhere.
What gave that impression?

Guessing Alisha was not actually there live?

I enjoyed the 'On Air Dares' segment but the 'live' bugs looked horrendous.

Oneness on lockdown - new idents for BBC One
Not sure if this has been discussed but just saw this truly bizarre sting after Question Time.
It was just a generic sting for the BBC, with the plain BBC logo appearing afterwards.
I understand they probably don’t want to be using the real news graphics for other purposes but who on earth signed this off.
EDIT: Understand it’s from a wider BBC promo, but showing it out of context in a 2 second sting is a bit messy,

I think it's the Maidstone complex.
Why is it still on the regional news programmes then? Gen Z wouldn’t have a clue why the regional news show is called Calendar.
Exactly!!
These old names speak of quality and standards! Just because 'young en's' don't know what they mean is not a reason to just wipe them out!!
They were 'wiped out' years ago! (Other than regional news) We shouldn't bring the names back for no reason other than they sound cool. It's not ITVs decision anyway. It's the chairs of the individual labels.
Even if we were to bring the names back the production company would have nothing to do with the ITV department of the same name. It would be confusing and utterly ludicrous to do that unless there were some deeper integration.
ITV Programming Thread
If legacy brands were brought back, the programmes they made wouldn't necessarily need to be filmed/produced in the regions the brands are associated with.
In the days of the old regional companies, programmes were often filmed and/or produced in another region.
Examples of this are:
This Morning, produced by Granada and filmed in London
Gladiators, produced by LWT and filmed in Birmingham
Wycliffe, produced by HTV and filmed in Cornwall
There's also modern day examples, such as Catchphrase which is produced by STV and filmed in London, or is it Maidstone these days?

Reminder, we're in 2021 now - Gen Z wouldn't even know what the regional names are (well just about know what Granada Reports is)

Nothing said at the end of the 1 o'clock news. Just 'Good Afternoon and Goodbye'

I'm quite interested to see what their output will be once they finally launch.

GB News is beginning to seem to me much more like a competing news channel than an opinion station.I'm quite interested to see what their output will be once they finally launch.

But the Update concept and graphics look superb. They'd definitely look good on devices such as the Nest Hub or Echo Show.
Great Job.

Took me way to long to realise this was a joke...
(It is a joke, right?)
Well the weblink actually takes you to a forum. So it may not be.
The TV Forum
I'm pleased to announce that I too am creating a forum,
Forum Television
or Forum TV for short (www.forumtv.uk).
To make it stand out from the others it will only be online from Mondays to Friday afternoons, at which point my secondary forum FWT (Forum Weekend Television) will go online until Sunday evening.
Neither will be online from 6am to 9am weekdays, but I'm in contact with a journalist/TV presenter who's expressed interest in his own breakfast-themed forum to operate during this time.
