An incoming rebrand might explain the current lack of branded Roku sourced hardware on sale currently, I don't buy the argument that is being raised on the NOW Community that they are no longer in the TV hardware provision business. Rebranded, relabelled or even new hardware being launched in the late Spring would seem quite a reasonable proposition.

I haven't been a regular poster, but hopefully what I have posted has added something. This site kindled my love of the industry and I'm very happy to work in the technology side of the streaming biz thanks to the knowledge and geekery I've picked up from here.
All I really want to say is thanks, Asa. When a labour of love becomes more of a labour then it's time to hang the hat up and move on, so I can only respect you for that.

Like it or not, presenters are part of presentation. This channel, and the News UK one, are likely going to be the biggest channel launches and changes this year, and so it's natural that people will want to speculate and talk about them. Speculation is more than half of what TVF does after all!
Shutting down conversation before it even gets going seems overkill, especially in the context of other discussions.

I don't think it was in poor taste at all, merely reflecting a large minority of the population who have been angling to get abroad and indeed have done so, successfully bringing the virus back with them and setting us back time and time again. For people to throw up their arms at Ryanair in disgust is a bit rich for me. No such thing as personal responsibility in this country.
