Sorry to backtrack, but as nobody had answered the question, I came across this tonight, which I thought may help somebody....
dB Broadcast supported by Sky engineers have designed a small two camera bulletin studio, which was installed on the third floor of the Sky Studio building in an area previously allocated as office space and used for Sky Sports bulletins within Sky News programmes.
