Bbc correction / clarification on the Newsnight / Maitlis statement from the other day. It clarifies that the problem with the monologue was that it claimed to represent public opinion as being shocked Cummings broke rules - and so cld have been perceived as partial. I remember Colin Brazier's career at Sky wasn't so perfect a few years ago when he was caught in controversy from touching a victim's belongings from the sealed off crash site of MH17 in 2014. He did say that he regretted his actions by realizing that his reporting at that moment had crossed the line. I wonder if that type of sleazy journalism will be on show when GBN goes live in the UK?
