Hello! Someone on Reddit recommended that I head over here as I'm on a bit of a quest for old VHS tapes that people may have recorded British TV onto.
I run a website (www.curiousbritishtelly.co.uk) all about old, forgotten British TV and one of the features I do sees me trawling through VHS tapes in search of forgotten bits of TV (adverts, continuity, shows etc) which I then upload to my YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/user/CuriousBritishTelly).
Anyway, I was told that people here may be able to help with getting hold of VHS tapes for this purpose, so if you've got any old tapes taking up space at home, I might be able to take them off your hands. Always happy to come and pick them up, so let me know.
Oh, and the older the better! The oldest tapes I've found so far had recordings from 1983 on, but anything up until the early 90s is of interest.
